Thames Elementary Gymnasium
In September of 2019, the Thames Elementary Gymnasium became a shared-use space between Hattiesburg Public School District and the City of Hattiesburg.
With one-cent funding and grant funding from the MS Department of Health, the project included much-needed upgrades, including:
- Refinished gym floor
- Constructed bleachers
- Purchase/installation of both a floor volleyball nd pickleball court system.
Hours of Operation:
- During non-school hours for scheduled sport-play
The construction on this project began in the Summer of 2019 and was completed in September 2019.
